And posts written about Donald Trump.

Amy Klobuchar is now third in the CNN poll of Democratic candidates in New Hampshire.  Unlike the other candidates, Klobuchar doesn’t really have a “hook.”  Bernie is Bernie.  Warren “has a plan for that.”  Biden […]

Donald J. Trump and the progressed New Moon

Political posts, especially on the subject of the current president, can generate a lot of controversy.  As always I have tried to be as neutral as possible and focus on the astrology.  Please do the same in the comments.

Donald Trump is going through a tough time right now.  Impeachment inquiry, staff changes – it appears as though his teflon presidency is facing some bumps in the road and this is coming at a time when he is particularly astrologically sensitive, with transiting Saturn, the planet of tests and challenges, facing off in a square against his natal Chiron […]

Happy Birthday USA 2018 edition

Like human beings, nations and entities also have astrological charts and a look at the planetary cycles affecting nations can tell us a great deal about what is in store.  Personal request from me: Political posts can generate nastiness.  Please keep all comments productive and astrological.

Pluto

Geeky astrological detail:  I use the Sibley chart for the US and here’s why.)  One of the most critical astrological events coming up for the United States is the return of Pluto to its placement in the natal chart for the country, something […]

As I write this today at the end of November, I have just found out that a brilliant astrologer that I have worked with over the years, Dawn Bodrogi, just died.  […]

Harvey Weinstein – the astrology of sex and power

Flickr

How appropriate that Harvey Weinstein, arguably the most powerful mogul in Hollywood today and perhaps in Hollywood history, was terminated from his leadership position at the Weinstein Company just as Jupiter (leadership) goes into Scorpio (sex and power).

Weinstein is notorious among Hollywood circles for his boorish behavior and sexual harassment allegations that span over decades.  Over the past few days actresses who declined his advances have come forward to tell their Weinstein stories, and presumably there are many more who did not fight in order to save their […]

Bill Clinton, Anger and the Eclipse

Our Bill (as I fondly call him) is widely noted for the charm of his Libra ascendant (and an astonishing five planets in Libra!!) and his ability to schmooze with just about anyone. He is also widely known for a bad temper (Mars conjunct Neptune in Libra on the ascendant). In his biography, he wrote of his anger as quoted in the New York Times:

“I was a little disturbed by my anger, the currents of which would prove deeper and stronger in the years ahead,” Mr. Clinton wrote. “Because of the way Daddy behaved when he was angry and drunk, […]
