News of the Weird: Jupiter squares Uranus

In my journal the other day I posted these news items that ran that day indicating the tremendous stress that people seem to be under right now:
- a woman arrested at an airport strangles herself during a panic attack after being denied access to her flight;
- a business owner in Tennessee shot himself at a city council meeting after being denied a zoning request;
- an airport worker’s ipod caught fire in his pants.

John Roberts suffered a seizure yesterday and fell at his Maine vacation home on Monday, July 30. This was the second time he had blacked out after experiencing what they are calling a “benign idiopathic seizure,” meaning the medical experts don’t know what caused it. That always sends me running to the chart, because undiagnosable medical maladies are often energy imbalances in the physical structure.
Saturn, which has been traveling retrograde where it has been challenging our understanding and forcing us to go back and confront areas where we are less than good enough, turns direct today and resumes its forward motion through the sign of Leo until September, when it will enter Virgo and a new phase of our earthly instruction. Saturn is the Celestial Taskmaster, the great teacher that cares nothing for our ego but everything for our living a successful earthly life. Over the next few months as it completes the pass through Leo
