When does the Mayan calendar really end?

Solar eclipse pits superstition against transformation

An article in Yahoo News yesterday was entitled “Solar eclipse pits superstition against science,” but to me there is no better example of the split between traditional Vedic astrologers and “modern” transformational or evolutionary astrologers.
