I’ve been following Rich Roll for the past six or seven years. His podcast is a deep dive on all things nutrition, spirituality, self-improvement, fitness and he is a fine human being.  Rich posted this on his public Facebook page and I thought it would be perfect for us here, especially as we move into an Aquarian time of deep change.
