The astrology of the 2020s, Part Two: The astrological cycles

Basic concepts from my astrological theology.
- Harmonious alignments facilitate ease and flow, but they do not generate action. Challenging hard angle aspects promote conflict and discomfort, but they generate personal evolution and transformation.

No one really knows exactly when the Age of Aquarius begins. The Great Year, the period during which the sun rotates back through the twelve zodiacal signs at the Equinoxes, is about 26,000 years which makes each zodiac age about 2150 years but when you’re talking about numbers this big there is significant room for error.
This year there is much talk of a Galactic Alignment that has been described in Mayan texts and has been used as a prediction by some that the world will end in 2012 and by others that we will somehow become immediately transformed into light beings and ascend into an elevated level of consciousness.
