Buying and selling your house is stressful at the best of times and having a good realtor makes a huge difference. Over the years we've been involved in a fair number of real estate transactions and never worked with anyone who has made the process as pleasant and seamless as Lynn Hayes. Not only was she a calming presence in stressful times but we were always well informed about where things stood and Lynn's strategy going forward. Alexis Rudolph was my realtor this spring when I was looking for and bought a town home in Fearrington Village. As a former realtor myself I appreciated the professional job she did. Alexis does her homework. I was out of state when we negotiated the offer as well as the inspection, repairs and closing. This meant Alexis had to be there for for all of that which required her to make several site visits and numerous follow up calls to the listing agent and she was very conscientious with all of that to be sure that closing went smoothly. Lynn is much more than a real estate agent. She is, as she occasionally says, a real estate counselor. We were very impressed at how well she listened to us and took the time to tailor her efforts to our needs and wants. She was also flexible enough to modify her efforts as we refined our desires.
