About Lynn Hayes
Lynn (Monson) Hayes graduated from Indiana University in 1973 with a B.A. in psychology and sociology. After moving to North Carolina in 1979 she worked as a real estate paralegal and office assistant to a real estate and building company before becoming licensed as a salesman 1982. She obtained her broker's license in 1990, her GRI (Graduate of the Realtors Institute) designation in 1991, and the prestigious CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation in 1994. Only 3% of all agents nationwide can use the CRS designation which requires proven production and sales history, and only 9% of all agents have earned the GRI designation.
Lynn has an exceptionally service-oriented approach in working with her clients but also likes to make the process of buying and selling a home fun and enjoyable. She has an excellent ability to determine the needs and objectives of the client, and then works diligently to meet those needs, providing unmatched service.
Lynn's clients often remark that she is more than a Realtor: she is a true friend, looking out for their best interests. Her excellent relationships with her fellow brokers and exceptional technological and organizational skills help to facilitate a painless transaction.
Lynn has an extensive knowledge of the real estate market in the entire Triangle area including Chapel Hill, Durham, Northern Chatham County, Orange County and the Hillsborough area, Saxapahaw, and portions of Wake County. She understands the unique needs that all types of clients have, from relocating famliies, to single parents, to retirees, and works hard to ensure that their needs are met and their goals achieved. She has represented several builders and new construction communities and has helped dozens of clients build their dream homes.
As owner of Lynn Hayes Properties she keeps up with the latest trends in the real estate business, a business which is always changing.
